Payment plan and financing
Developer LIV offers you a 0% interest payment plan, with no bank interest, divided between reservation and handover of keys. You'll pay 10% on reservation, 30% during construction and 60% on completion. This payment plan breaks down as follows:
- 10% to be paid upon reservation
- 10% payable within 2 months
- 10% payable within 6 months
- 5% payable within 10 months
- 5% payable within 15 months
- 60% to be paid on completion of work + 4% notary's fees (DLD)
