Attractive payment plan

The Object 1 developer offers two interest-free payment plans. No proof of payment is required. The payment plan with payment after handover of the keys to W1NNER Tower breaks down as follows:

• 10% to be paid at reservation + 4% notary fees (DLD)
• 10 to be paid within 30 days after booking
• 10 to be paid in September 2024 to be paid in September
• 10 to be paid in July 2025 to be paid in July
• 5 to be paid in November 2025 to be paid in November
• 5% payable on handover (March 2026)
• 5 to be paid 3 months after handover of keys
• 5 to be paid 6 months after handover of keys
• 5 to be paid 9 months after handover of keys
• 5 to be paid 12 months after handover of keys
• 5 to be paid 15 months after handover of keys
• 5 to be paid 18 months after handover of keys
• 5 to be paid 21 months after handover of keys
• 5 to be paid 24 months after handover of keys

To benefit from more attractive rates, a payment plan without payment after key delivery is also available:
