Emaar is the largest real estate developer in Dubai. Like every January 1st, Emaar has announced the new payment plans offered on its real estate programs.
What are payment plans?
Payment plans allow you to pay for a property in installments. You will have to pay a certain percentage between the reservation and the handover of the keys, and the balance at the handover of the keys or over several years after the handover of the keys.
This financing is done directly with the developer through the Dubai Immo agency, without additional fees, without bank and without interest.
