We strongly believe in this area which is ideally placed for the future development of Dubai. Proximity to the Expo 2020 site, to the new Dubai Al Maktoum Airport, 10 minutes to JBR beaches, 15 minutes to Palm Jebel Ali. With shopping malls (including Ikea) and exceptional connectivity, this neighborhood is very promising.

Dubai Creek Harbour

It is the largest real estate development in Dubai. Entirely piloted by Emaar, this sublime program consists of an island and a huge artificial beach of 700 meters long, Creek Beach. To discover urgently with apartments available from 250 000€.

Dubai Hills Estate

With the Dubai Hills Mall set to open in early 2022, Dubai Hills will take on a whole new dimension in 2022.
