Can I get bank financing for real estate in Dubai?

The answer is yes, but under certain conditions!

If you wish to finance part of your real estate investment in Dubai through a bank, you will need to meet the following conditions:

  • The construction of your property must be completed and you must be able to present the bank with the " Completion Certificate", which will be given to you by the property developer.
  • You must have paid at least 50% of the total price of the property by yourself even if you are not a resident of the UAE and if you cannot prove your income in the country.
  • You will need to meet the bank's criteria and be able to prove your creditworthiness: bank statements, salary slips, proof of residence, etc. These documents must be translated into English.

If you meet these criteria, financing will be relatively easy to obtain. We work with real estate brokers based in Dubai who can assist you in this process.
