Factors influencing prices
À
DubaiWhatever the area, City of Arabia or elsewhere, there are several factors to take into account when determining the value of a property. First and foremost is the size of the property. It may seem logical, but a studio apartment is bound to cost less than a 3 or 4-bedroom one!
But that's not all. In Dubai, an apartment will also cost more depending on its location. A well-located apartment, close to the city center, will be more expensive than an off-center one, as can be the case on the side of
City of Arabia or Dubailand.
A final factor to consider is the quality of the residence and its ancillary services. An apartment with a swimming pool, gym, office, parks and gardens will cost more than an apartment sold in an older residence, with no additional services.
Rent in City of Arabia
Apartment rental prices in the City of Arabia district vary, again, according to the various factors we've outlined above. Year-round rents can range from AED 25,000 for a studio to over AED 100,000 for a large multi-bedroom apartment. Here again, the Dubai Immo teams can help you, so please don't hesitate to contact us for more information.
