Factors influencing prices
In City Walk, many factors come into play when determining the value of a property. And we've just talked about them. The most important factor is the location of the property. The more it's located in a neighborhood, in a central, secure, easy-to-reach community, the more expensive it will be.
Downtown inevitably costs more than Al Barsha !
In addition to location, the quality of services and amenities must also be taken into account. A property with a private swimming pool, gym, cinema and children's play area is bound to cost more than one in a residential complex with very few options. Finally, the surface area of the property must also be taken into account! A studio will inevitably cost less than an apartment with 2 or 3 bedrooms.

This makes Dubai one of the safest places on the planet, even if, unfortunately, there is no such thing as zero risk. So remember to keep an eye on your belongings, even if we reassure you: you're hardly at risk!
Security services
In the event of a problem, there are several emergency numbers to call. Naturally, the one you call will depend on your situation. Here's who to contact in case of need:

- Firefighters: 997
The people on the other end of the phone have a perfect command of English and will be able to respond to your every need. Got a problem? Don't think about it, get help!
Eco-responsibility in the City Walk district
Dubai has implemented a series of measures to establish itself as one of the world leaders in green and responsible construction. The aim? To attract green investors and shake off the image that can cling to the Emirate whenever it is mentioned. Numerous parks and green spaces have been created, while buildings are increasingly self-sufficient in energy production! These are powerful arguments, which are sure to change the way Dubai is sometimes perceived.
