The ambiance of Emaar Beachfront
A residential and tourist district, Emaar Beachfront is booming! It's one of Dubai's most dynamic areas for investment. Many people want to settle here to enjoy the calm and superb facilities, from residences and apartments to schools and shops.
Where is Emaar Beachfront?
Emaar Beachfront is located between Jumeirah Beach Residence and Palm Jumeirah. In other words, it's not really central, but it's almost, since it's just ten (fifteen at the most) minutes from all the city's main attractions, such as Downtown, Dubai Marina and the Jumeirah beaches.
Population and diversity
Emaar Beachfront is distinguished by its luxurious, modern lifestyle, with high-end apartments, beachfront villas, renowned hotels and first-class leisure and entertainment facilities, such as private beaches, shopping malls, restaurants and green spaces. It's an affluent, active population of expatriate families who are settling in.

Dubai Lighthousethe real estate market should continue to grow.
What are the prices of apartments in Emaar Beachfront?

For a one-bedroom apartment, the average price is around 300 to 325,000 euros. For larger 2-bedroom apartments, the average price is between 500 and 800,000 euros. For larger apartments (3 or even 4 bedrooms), prices rise to several million euros.
Factors influencing prices
Whether at
Emaar Beachfront or elsewhere in
DubaiThere are several factors to consider when determining the value of a property in Dubai, particularly an apartment. The first, and most logical, is the question of surface area. A one- or multi-bedroom apartment is bound to cost more than a studio.
The geographical location of the property in question also plays a part in calculating its value. In other words, a perfectly located apartment, close to a metro stop, not far from a school or shopping center, for example.
Finally, the quality of the property itself. An apartment offered for sale in a brand-new residence (or even one still under construction), with all the services you could hope for, will cost more than an apartment in a second or older residence, even though at Emaar Beachfront, you'll find nothing but quality!
