Supermarkets and grocery stores

If you'd like to visit a specialty store (by which I mean a wellness, skincare, household appliance, video game or clothing store, etc.), the easiest way is to go to a mall. There are numerous malls in Dubai, including the Dubai Mall, in

Pharmacies and medical services
In Dubai, several pharmacy chains are represented in Jebel Ali. Aster Pharmacy springs to mind. Other local establishments include Right Health Al Azhar Al Jadeeda Pharmacy. In town, you'll also find Bin Sina Pharmacy, Super Case and Boots Pharmacy. There are many of them, located all over Dubai, Al Furjan and Dubai in general. Wherever you go, you won't have much trouble finding one.

What about public transport in Jebel Ali?
Bus and metro lines
There is a metro stop at Jebel Ali. It's on the metro's red line. So getting to and from the district is not at all complicated - on the contrary. As for the bus, lines F33, F34, F35 and F55 run and wait here.
Accessibility and frequency
In general,
public transport in Dubai are particularly efficient. They operate every day between 5 a.m. and around midnight (although this depends on the day of the week). They run approximately once every 5 to 10 minutes during peak periods, and every 10 to 15 minutes during slightly off-peak periods.
Schools in Jebel Ali
As for education, Jebel Ali boasts a number of primary, secondary and international schools. These include Winchester School Jebel Ali, GEMS United School and Emirates International School Jebel Ali. If you'd like to send your children to a French school, you can choose between the private Lycée Libanais - Français (in Oud Metha, with courses from kindergarten through to final year) or the Lycée Français International Georges Pompidou (kindergarten through to final year, in Academic Ciry).
