As explained in the introduction, Zabeel is divided into two main areas: Zabeel 1 and Zabeel 2 :- Zabeel 1 is a residential zone, with a number of apartment and villa projects planned.

Where is the Zabeel district?
Zabeel is located to the south-east of the city, between the Sheikh Zayed Road and the Dubai Creek. It is bordered by the districts of Al Karama to the west, Trade Centre and Business Bay to the north, and Jumeirah and Al Quoz to the east.
