Club Deal Dubai's objective

Club Deal Dubai has one mission: to democratize real estate investment in Dubai. By enabling everyone to become part-owner of an apartment or villa in Dubai, and benefit from a booming market. How does it work?

Investment opportunities are presented on the Club Deal Dubai platform. They are all accompanied by a full presentation, and an appraisal by an independent body approved by the Dubai authorities. All properties are divided into 1 million units. Once the property is 100% financed, an investment vehicle (SPV) is registered with the DIFC, and investors become shareholders for the amount of their investment. This SPV then becomes the owner of the property, and the income generated by the property is distributed to investors' e-wallets, in proportion to the amount of their investment. Investors can withdraw funds directly into their bank account at any time.

Bonds or real estate?

Unlike many French and European real estate crowdfunding platforms, investors will actually be co-owners of the property. This is in no way a bond loan. Investors become shareholders in a financial vehicle, which itself owns the property 100%. The investors are the owners of the property.
