Factors influencing prices
There are several factors that influence the price of an apartment in Al Reem. Firstly, the type of residence you are going to target. If the property is under construction, then prices could be higher, as new-build properties are generally more expensive than "old" apartments, which require quality services such as :
- a swimming pool,
- a clubhouse,
- a gym,
- a lounge area,
- parks and gardens,
- spaces for children.
Secondly, location and view are crucial. An apartment with a panoramic view of the Persian Gulf, or located close to major amenities such as shopping centers or parks, is bound to be more expensive than one that is further away or has a less attractive view.
Finally, amenities. Indeed, the more conveniently located the property is, close to a metro station, school, hospital or shopping center, the higher the price may be.
