Sure! You can invest from anywhere in the world, thanks to the simple and easy purchase process in the UAE. No need to visit Dubai to purchase a property.

We offer special deals to our Muslim clients, who want only Shariah compliant contracts. We can offer RIBA free contract with major developers in the UAE.

If you buy a property off-plan, you'll have to pay registration fees, the equivalent of notary fees. These amount to 4% of the property's value. You may also have to pay administrative fees to the developer, which rarely exceed €1,000. There is no agency commission for off-plan purchases. For a purchase in an existing property or on the secondary market, agency fees are generally 2%.

You can benefit from payment plan with 0% interest. You don't need to provide income proof to benefit from those payment plan. Payment plan can be up to 9 years.

The real estate market in Dubai is highly regulated. The Dubai Land Department and RERA are responsible for regulating the market.

These organizations protect the rights of investors and tenants, while at the same time providing a clear and flexible legal framework that contributes significantly to the dynamism of Dubai's real estate market.

All real estate agencies in Dubai must hold a valid RERA license. At Dubai Immo, our agents are certified and operate in strict compliance with local regulations.

The entry level for residential investment generally starts at around €150,000 for a studio apartment in a developing area.

Budgets vary greatly depending on the neighborhood, the view, and the standard of the project.

In terms of the down payment, you need at least €40,000 to be able to get involved in a new real estate project and pay the first installment of the payment plan.

Rental yields in Dubai are among the highest in the world.

In the city center, rental yields range between 5 and 7%.

In the inner and outer suburbs, it is not uncommon to generate returns of between 7 and 12%, depending on the neighborhood and type of property.
