Do I fully own the properties ?
We sell only freehold properties, where the investor will own the land and the building.
Can I invest remotely?
Sure! You can invest from anywhere in the world, thanks to the simple and easy purchase process in the UAE. No need to visit Dubai to purchase a property.
Can I invest without a RIBA?
We offer special deals to our Muslim clients, who want only Shariah compliant contracts. We can offer RIBA free contract with major developers in the UAE.
What are the associated costs?
If you buy a property off-plan, you'll have to pay registration fees, the equivalent of notary fees. These amount to 4% of the property's value. You may also have to pay administrative fees to the developer, which rarely exceed €1,000. There is no agency commission for off-plan purchases. For a purchase in an existing property or on the secondary market, agency fees are generally 2%.
What about financing?
You can benefit from payment plan with 0% interest. You don't need to provide income proof to benefit from those payment plan. Payment plan can be up to 9 years.
